Newcomb & District were put into bat by Marshall CC in the 50 over game. Tom (replacing Josh at the top of the order) didn’t get off to the best of starts for his new Club after being caught first ball of the match at second slip. However, he responded in fine style to achieve figures of 6 for 27 off 10 overs. His performance was his personal best and also a record for a Newcomb & District player on debut. Congratulations Trigger – great figures, but try and score some runs next time please!!
