Portchester Cricket Club currently operates 3 teams in the Hampshire Cricket League:

First Team

For the third year in succession the First Team will be playing in the HCL County Division 1 for the 2008 season.
The side enjoy three successful seasons from 2004 to 2006, in which it achieved two consecutive promotions and finished 3rd in it’s debut Hampshire League Division 1 season. After the achievements of the previous three years, the team will be hoping to improve on its disappointing 12th place finish last season.

Second Team

The Second Team enjoyed a successful campaign in 2007, finishing 6th in the HCL Regional Division 2 South East. Due to the re-structuring of the Hampshire League, this was enough to gain promotion into Regional Division 1 South East for the 2008 season.

Third Team

The Third Team will again be playing in the HCL Regional Division 4 South East for the 2008 season, after finishing 16th last time out. The team plays a very important role in allowing our younger members to experience playing cricket at an adult level, many of who we hope will play a higher standard of cricket in the 1st and 2nd teams as they continue to progress.
